Return Policy

Refund  We stand for the quality of our product and care about our customer concerns. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund the product must be unused. All return shipping for US orders will be covered by us. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method. At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.

For domestic orders, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item for a refund or exchange. Please note that we process all returns or exchanges within 3-5 business days after we receive the product at our warehouse

 FAQ's Does my return/exchange qualify?

Any defects with the product upon arrival must be submitted with pictures that indicate the product has never been use, if you are not satisfied with the product we would love to hear why and we will also validate your return with in 30 days.
