Do you ship internationally?

As of now we are only shipping orders within the United States, later in the future we plan to expand to other countries. 

How long before I can receive my order?

Depends on your shipping address. Orders in the US will take 3-7 business days to arrive. 

How can I check the status of my order?

Check the “track your order” page or check emails received by us with tracking number Information. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and express checkout options like ApplePay and GooglePay. 

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at MensRechargingSkincare@gmail.com Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged products.

I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?

Please contact MensRechargingSkincare@gmail.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

I put the wrong email address/shipping address on my order, please help?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Mens Recharging Skin Care  will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, if this happens, you will have to speak with the carrier to see if anything can be done.
